Hi Backers,
Apologies once again with the radio silence. We wanted to resolve the issues and provide a solid progress update instead of posting more unknown situations.
We have made progress with the factory and we are coming up with a solution with both parties working together and compromises had to be made by both sides.
We are very happy with this progress and that means production will resume and we should be up and running again.
We want to thank each and everyone for your support and most importantly, for your patience and understanding. Thank you Backers!

Hi Backers,
First we apologize for the radio silence we were waiting on results from a few parties to report to you.
Crux of the issue: the defects are much much more severe than we thought, more than 80% of the parts we inspected were defective or did not pass our QC test.
We needed to find and FIX the cause of the defects. This is why it took so long. We found that many of the machines have worn out tooling bits that effected the screws and threads of the corner modules. Luckily, the X frames are not affected.
We are working with the factory now to weed out the bad parts and salvage the good parts. The key here is to make sure the salvaged parts are 100% quality parts.
After we figured out how many parts are good, we are moving to manufacture the remaining parts to make the complete sets.
Because of this issue, we are also working to establish more check points to catch any potential issues before they permeate through the entire batch.
We intend to deliver ASAP and are doing all we can to expedite it. At this point we are looking at 3-5 weeks.

Hi Backers,
Many of you have received your amazing RADIUS X cases by now. We are running behind on the next batch due to a vendor's delay. The issue is the parts are done incorrectly and during assembly, our team discovered some of the corners are not done to our specifications.
We had to return those parts and the vendor have to re-do these per the correct and original specs. It will take an additional 2-4 weeks because they have to re-order some of the items to re-tool the machines correctly.
We are doing all we can to push this process along as we want to complete shipping and get these wonderful cases to you. Please bear with us and and we appreciate your patience.

Hi Backers!
We have been very busy with manufacturing, polishing and ssembly! Some of you have received the perks and others will too because we are shipping in waves. Next wave will be in a few days.
We also have been taking a bit more time in ensuring the polishing and finishes are done to our high standards. We are working with our polishing and finishing vendors and allowing them a bit more time for them to complete these cases in great quality.
We would much rather have a minor delays than to push out sub-par perks.
So please bear with us as we go through the process and delivering the best cases you deserve. Thank you Backers!
